When this matter was listed on 14.02.2018, Sri Chintapally Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this court has been complied with. As there was no representation for the petitioner on that day, the matter was listed under the caption of 'dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation.

In view of the assertion of the learned standing counsel for the respondent, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
