Heard learned counsel for petitioners-accused in Crime No.500 of 2018 on the file of the KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C.

It is contended that the dispute is purely civil in nature and a false case is foisted and none of the allegations submitted by learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State are correct. The matter requires investigation. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 not to arrest the petitioners, however secure their presence for the purpose of investigation only. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
