This Revision is filed challenging the inaction of the Junior Civil Judge, Alair, in deciding I.A.No.662 of 2018 in O.S.NO.176 of 2018 on his file.

Counsel for petitioner contends that the said I.A., was filed in September, 2018, but till date, it is kept pending and is not been disposed of.

In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Alair to consider grant of ex-parte orders in I.A.No.662 of 2018 in O.S.No.176 of 2018 pending on his file within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
