THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 45349 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of Respondents 2 and 3 in not disbursing the wages to the members of the society from October 2008, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client along with another sought to be impleaded in Writ Petition No. 39945 of 2018 as their interest is only to ensure payment of wages and they have nothing to do at this stage with respect to merits of the matter. In those circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition to pursue I.A. No. 3 of 2018 in Writ Petition No. 39945 of 2018.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to pursue I.A. No. 3 of 2018 in Writ Petition No. 39945 of 2018. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
