This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 08.12.2017 passed I.A.No.2140 of 2017 in O.S.No.93 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised, in this revision petition, before the trial Court at the time of arguments. Permission is granted.
