The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed applications on 17-11-2018 for calling for connected Inam records in the appeal No.24/2018 before the 2nd respondent and also filed memo for extension of the stay granted earlier. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader, who submits that it is for the appellate authority to consider the same and pass orders.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to consider the said aspects and pass orders in accordance with law.
