THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7438 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Jaya Prakash Babu for petitioners. The petitioners invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with limited prayer to direct the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, to consider and pass orders in I.A. No.618 of 2018. One of the annexures i.e. history of case hearing down loaded from e-court portal shows that application was made on 30.07.2018 and the application is adjourned from time to time.

Keeping in view the prayer made in I.A. No.618 of 2018, this Court directs the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla to pass orders in accordance with law and on merits of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 04.01.2019. The petitioners are given liberty to file the instant copy of order by way of memo before the Court below.

The C.R.P. is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
