HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6935 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioners/ judgment debtors 1 and 4, aggrieved by the order dated 02.11.2017 in E.P.No.138 of 2007 in O.S.No.2000 of 2005 passed by the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the order of the lower Court, but for, to grant time since stated already paid Rs.1,00,000/ - out of nearly Rs.6,00,000/ - or so, the total amount to pay in four equal monthly installments of Rs.1,00,000/ - each. The first installment to be paid before first week of January, 2018, second installment before first week of February, 2018, third installment before first week of March, 2018, fourth installment before first week of April, 2018 and the balance on or before first week of May, 2018. Even failure to pay any single installment entitles decree holder to recover the entire amount before the executing Court without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
