HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.45354 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by the petitioner was allowed in case No.MDL/F1/885/2014, dated 31-03-2017 by remanding the matter to the 3rd respondent with a direction to conduct fresh enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Inspite of the same, the 3rd respondent has not taken any action. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order dated 31.03.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent, if there is no stay operating against the said order, within a period of three months. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27.12.2018 tk
