O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that she filed ROR appeal before the 2nd respondent on 01-10-2018 against recording names of unofficial respondents in revenue records in respect of subject lands. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the appeal is not filed in proper format and the respondents herein are not arrayed as respondents in the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary amendments in the appeal. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
