HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43443 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in stopping the installation of Tele Communication Infrastructure Tower by the 5th respondent in the panchayat road and in the land belonging to the 6th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that no cell tower is erected on the panchayat road as alleged by the petitioner and the same is disputed by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of Clause-5 of the G.O.Ms.No.146, dated 19.06.2015 and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
