Sri P. Lakshmana Rao, for Smt. G. Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner, though, argued the Criminal Revision Case, seeks permission to withdraw the present Revision with liberty to resort to the remedy available under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

Permission is granted, and accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as sought for.
