2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice on his behalf and submits that the matter is covered by the common judgment dated 24.11.2017 passed in L.A.A.S. No.303 of 2013 & L.A.A.S No.353 of 2015 by this Court and submits that the petitioner may approach to the Bench to get final order in LAAS No.330 of 2015.

3. Since this matter is covered with the aforesaid judgment, the Registry is directed to list the L.A.A.S No.330 of 2015 before the appropriate Bench, after obtaining the necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
