Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused No.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused No.5, seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.363 of 2017, on the file of II Town Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 384, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

The earlier bail application viz., Crl.P.No.11029 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by Order, dated 20.11.2017. The arrest of accused No.4 is not a ground to allow this Application and there are no changed circumstances. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
