HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 5 3 3 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, dated 13.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "The petitioner herein has approached the Police of Hayathnagar Police Station and lodged a complaint on 24.10.2018 and upon which, a case in Cr.No.742/ 2018 under Sections 448, 427, 341, 323 and 506 r/ w 149 I.P.C., dated 24.10.2018, was registered against Smt.K.

Sumathi and 10 to 20 unknown persons as they entered into the school premises and threatened the watchman and his family, broke the door of the offence and put the new locks of their own and misbehaved with his staff and created havoc in the school and also manhandled and threatened the complainant with life and taken up the investigation into the case. During the course of investigation, this respondent being the Investigating Officer examined as many as witnesses including the petitioner/ complainant and recorded their detailed statements.

It is submitted that no complaint alleged tohvb submitted by the petitioner herein dated 25.10.2018 was received in this respondent Police Station and hence no action was taken.

It is submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.742/ 2018 is under progress. If any clues are forthcoming about the commission of offence, appropriate action will be taken."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Town Police Station, dated 13.12.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities to complete the investigation, as expeditiously as possible.
