The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 18.6.2018 to the Registry, stating that the Respondents informed the petitioner that they will allow to run the Motor Cab from RGIAP and directed the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition from the file of this Court and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
