Petitioners contend that they had applied to 4th respondent seeking survey of the land claimed by them, that a notice dt.24.10.2017 was issued by the 5th respondent proposing to conduct survey on 30.10.2017 at 2.30 p.m. and thereafter nothing happened.

Though the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 4 and 5 rejected petitioners' request for conducting survey on 21.11.2017, neither copy of the said rejection order is produced nor it appears that the same is communicated to the petitioners. 3.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 4 and 5 to communicate to the petitioners, within one week from today, copy of the order dt.21.11.2017, if not already communicated. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
