HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.45348 OF 2018 ORDER : (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) The person, in relation to whom this writ petition is filed, is reported to have been arrested in connection with Crime No.142 of 2018 of Triupurantakapuram Police Station, Prakasam District.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that he has already been produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate viz., Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Markhapuram, Prakasam District on 14.12.2018 and has been remanded to judicial custody.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is closed without prejudice to the proceedings before other jurisdictions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
