Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13363 and 13362 OF 2017 These two Petitions are filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offenc es punishable under Sections 452, 427 and 506 r/ w 34 IPC and to rec ord compromise in C.C.No.529 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistate of First Class at Jagtial, Ranga Reddy District, as the matter is settled as they entered into compromise outside of the Court due to invention of elders.
De facto complaint and Ac c used Nos. 1 and 2, represented by their G.P.A Holder namely Syed Ibrahim Ali, S/ o Syed Mahaboob Ali, are present in the Court today. The parties are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity.
On enquiry, the parties stated that they settled the issue outside the Court due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they intend to lead peaceful life.
As the matter was settled outside the Court, if the Court insists to proceed with the trial, there is every possibility of turning the witnesses hostile. Hence, to avoid the waste of Court time, as the matter settled outside the Court, to put quietus to the dispute, I find that it is a fit case to grant permission to compound the offences stated above. Ac cordingly, these two Petitions are ordered.
Crl.P.No.12059 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13363 and 13362 of 2017, the present Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the joint compromise memo filed by both parties. No costs. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint compromise memo filed by the parties to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
