The subject matter of this Writ Petition relates to the retirement benefits of the deceased and compassionate appointment consequent to his death.

When this Court pointed out that the matter relates to the State of Andhra Pradesh and the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is working, the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
