O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that he filed appeal against the order dated 16-07-2018 passed by the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent and the same is numbered as File No.1298 of 2018 along with stay petition. As no orders are passed on the same, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of stay application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and unofficial respondent. Till then status-quo regarding entries in respect of subject lands shall be maintained. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the case of the parties on merits.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
