HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.45367, 45397, 45404, 45417 and 45447 of COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in these Writ Petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order.

These Writ Petitions are filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent in refusing to receive the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of subject land. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

It is stated by both the learned counsel that the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by order dated 05.09.2013 in WP No.24316 of 2013 & batch as well as order dated 04.03.2015 in WP No.4595 of 2015 & batch. For the reasons alike in the orders dated 05.09.2013 & 04.03.2015, these Writ Petitions are also allowed setting aside the Draft Memo dated 01.12.2011. There shall be consequential direction to the Sub-Registrar-3rd respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject property without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 3rd respondent shall

complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with due procedure.
