Heard Mr Mohd Asifuddin, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that from the details in the complaint dated 07.02.2016, enquiry conducted by 3rd respondent and it reveals that issue is a civil dispute. Hence, the FIR is not registered. He further submits that the 3rd respondent would inform the view taken by 3rd respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
