The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner and possessor of the property to an extent of Ac.4.69 cents in Sy.No.203/3, situated at Doddivaripalli @ Gongivaripalli Village, Sodam Mandal, Chittoor District, acquired from her ancestors; and that he submitted an application to the revenue authorities on 12.10.2018, in form 6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of her name in revenue records. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 14-12-2018 tk
