Petitioner's grievance is that he had made an application on 09.04.2012 to the 4th respondent for rectification of survey number in the ROR proceeding No.B/2967/2030 dt.10.10.2003 issued in his favour and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dt.09.04.2012 within a period of two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
