THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.40416 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".......writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the respondent No.4 as illegal, arbitrary, null, void and exceeding the powers vested on him and consequently direct the respondent No.3 not to call the petitioner to the Police Station....." The petitioner and 4th respondent are plaintiff and defendant in O.S.No.28 of 2007.

Now, the allegation is against the 3rd respondent and the Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the 3rd respondent is not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
