Petitioners' grievance is that they had given representations on 16-09-2015, 27-01-2016, 15-07-2016, 29-07-2016, 29-10-2016 and 03-02-2017 for releasing of arrears of salary and retrial benefits to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has taken any action thereon. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Srinivas Polavarapu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representations within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representations dt.16-09-2015, 27-01-2016, 15-07-2016, 29-07-2016, 29-10-2016 and 03-02-2017 within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
