Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of Writ Petitions, the subject lands in these writ petitions are deleted from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A (1) (e) of the Registration Act, 1908 by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.258, Revenue (Assignment-IV) Department, dated 18.05.2018, as such, no orders are required to be passed in these Writ Petitions. The aforesaid submission is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
