Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in WP No.24590 of 2015 dated 13.11.2015 and same is not disputed by Sri K.Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 4.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 13.11.2015 in WP No.24590 of 2015, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
