This revision is filed by the appellant/ plaintiff, aggrieved by the order dated 31.10.2017 in I.A.No.423 of 2017 in O.S.No.492 of 2017 passed by the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides and perused the impugned order. 3.

A perusal of the impugned order shows in its discussion regarding the non-existence of the even prima facie case to prevent the very distribution ship. Hence, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order by sitting in the appeal, by this Court, merely because from the elaborate arguments, another view also shown can be taken by the appellate Court, but for, to say none of the observations either of the dismissal order of the lower Court and non-interference of this Court will influence the mind of the lower Court in deciding the suit. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
