THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.45456 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "........to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more patricianly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving the application form and not releasing the power supply to the petitioner House at premises bearing Plot No.167/A in Sy.No.11/31, to an extent of 287.5 Sq.yards, situated at Khanammet Village, Rajendranagar Tq., Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, null, void\, arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to release the power supply without being influenced by the instructions to he 5th respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the time of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri N. Mukund Reddy, that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.32641 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015, which has not been disputed by Sri P. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction, which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation, which is pending before it arising out of judgment, dated 12.09.2012, in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and Batch. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
