Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri M.A.K.Mukheed, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable his client to approach the Waqf Tribunal to avail the proper remedies. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail proper remedies other than filing a Writ Petition in this Court. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
