Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners submit that certain sale deeds have been executed in their favour and in the schedule to the sale deeds, an error has crept in which requires to be rectified by the respondents. The grievance of the petitioners is that though a representation dated 18.02.2017 was submitted to the 3rd respondent to carry out rectification in the documents executed in their favour, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents submits that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of three weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 18.02.2017 submitted by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
