Sri Peddakula Papaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 13.02.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to post this matter under withdrawal caption, for the reason that his client does not wish to prosecute the matter further and hence instructed him to withdraw the case.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner through letter dated 13.02.2019, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
