Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.Lakshman, Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 1st respondent, and Ms.Dominic Fernandes, Counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 3. 2.

According to the petitioner, respondents issued a Letter Of Intent on 29.10.2016 for LPG Distribution.

A show cause notice bearing Ref.VAO:IMP2013-14/Anakapalli dt.05.03.2018 was issued by the 2nd respondent-Corporation alleging certain violations by the petitioner herein.

In response to the said show cause notice, according to the petitioner after receipt of necessary documents on 07.08.2018, she submitted explanation on 11.09.2018. Even according to the petitioner the issue is still pending before the respondentsauthorities for passing final orders. 5.

Since the notice impugned in the present Writ Petition is only a show cause notice and as the petitioner herein has already submitted her explanation on 11.09.2018 and since the issue is pending with the respondents herein, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents herein to pass orders pursuant to the show cause notice dt.05.03.2018 after taking into consideration the explanation offered by the petitioner on 11.09.2018, strictly in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. This exercise shall

be completed within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as above. There shall be no order as to costs.
