HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2769 of 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 06-09-2017 in W.P.No.26212 of 2017.

Sri J.Srinivas Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents states that representations of the petitioners was considered and the same was rejected vide proceedings dated 29-12-2017 and the same was also challenged by the petitioners in WP.No.710 of 2018. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
