The counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application before the 4th respondent in Form 6-A under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation as well as for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
