Sri Vedula Srinivas requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with comprehensive affidavit by impleading proper and necessary parties.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
