Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this case reserving liberty to the petitioners to address all issues in the suit pending before the learned Commercial Court-cum-XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Leave granted.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous Petitions in this appeal, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
