THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43425 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner had applied on 24.05.2017 under the provisions of Telangana Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 for permission for digging an open well in the subject land to the 3rd respondent and contends that 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicates his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dt.24.05.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
