THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7439 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendant Nos.4 to 6, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in I.A. (CFR) No.9538 of 2018 in I.A.No.26 of 2007 in O.S.No.209 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kurnool.

A perusal of the record reveals that on 08.10.2018, the Court below returned I.A. (CFR) No.9538 of 2018 with the following endorsement:

"Previous objection not complied. Hence, returned." 3.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to resubmit the papers after complying with the objection. Permission is granted. 4.
