This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 08.11.2018 & 10.11.2018 for grant of compensation under G.O.Ms.No.13, dated 15.10.2018. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representations of petitioners dated 08.11.2018 and 10.11.2018 are pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representations of the petitioners for grant of compensation under G.O.Ms.No.13, dated 15.10.2018 and dispose of the same. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
