THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42761 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of Revision case No.D5/2678/2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within three (03) months.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision case No.D5/2678/2014 pending on his file, within three (03) months. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
