No representation on behalf of the petitioner, inspite of posting this Criminal Petition under the caption "infructuous" 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Criminal Petition, the case in Crime No. 96 of 2Ol7 has been closed as "False" on 25.O1.2O18 and that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous 3.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing the Criminal Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.96 of 2Ol7 of Narnoor Police Station, Adilabad District, is defeated, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
