This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner on his application dated 20.11.2017, in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.8.85 cents in Sy.No.155/3 of Varikuntapadu Village and Mandal, SPSR District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in Form-6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of his name in revenue records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6 A of the Act. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6A of the Act along with relevant documents and on such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.
