The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 19-03-2018 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file writ petition afresh. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
