HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12889 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as "Civil in nature" on 25.01.2019 and a final report has been filed before the learned VI A.C.M.M., Nampally, Hyderabad, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
