THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.7151 of 2017

ORDER

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, to dispose of CMA No.3 of 2013 pending on its file, on the ground that, on account of the interim order passed by the Court below to maintain status quo as on the date of passing the order till 11.03.2013, by order dated 12.03.2013, the petitioner is facing much inconvenience and loss and sought for a direction to dispose of the matter.

2.

The Apex Court issued certain directions on judicial side to dispose of pre-2012 matters. In pursuance of those directions, this Court also issued circulars on administrative side to decide all pre-2012 matters by the end of March, 2018 and the present CMA is of the year 2013.

3.

Therefore, the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, is directed to decide C.M.A.No.3 of 2013 pending on its file, while giving top priority to the matters of pre-2012 as directed by this Court or without causing any undue preference in these matters, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
