HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.45568 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the applications dated 19.01.2018, 30.11.2017, 19.09.2017, 18.09.2017, 25.05.2015, 25.02.2015, 15.03.2012, for grant of assignment pattas to the petitioners in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.59, situated at Chilapally Thanda, Siddapur Village, Jarasangal Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, even though the petitioners are in possession of the said lands for the last 30 years. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make fresh application to the competent authority i.e. 4th respondent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will make necessary application to the 4th respondent giving all the details. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make fresh application to the 4th respondent giving all the details and on such application the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months from the date of filing application by the petitioners. No order as to costs.
