Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 03.03.2017 in form VI-A to respondent No.3 for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and that respondent No.3 had not passed any orders thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.3 would consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider petitioner's application dated 03.03.2017 in form VI-A within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
